Viscount Leverhulme Christmas Party.
 
On Monday 21st December Viscount Leverhulme Council held their Christmas Meeting and what a party it was!!.
Ivan Millington acting as W.M. welcomed all the assembled Allied Masons, giving a very warm welcome to our District Grand Prefect Bill Seddon.

The District Grand Prefect thanked Ivan for his welcome, and then settled back for a festive feast of Allied Masonry.
First up, an Admission into the Degree of St. Lawrence the Martyr, the candidates Gordon Buckle and Ken Higson, this ceremony was carried by the Deputy District Grand Prefect Paul Snape, the Lecture was presented by the District Grand Secretary Geoff Catterall.

Following that Ceremony, a Council of Grand Tilers of Solomon was opened to allow the admission to this degree of four candidates Ken Ryding, Tony Davies (Lancastria   Council), Gordon Buckle and Ken Hickson.
The Ceremony was conducted by W.Bro. John Cooper after which the Lecture was presented by Geoff Catterall.  Don Hesketh acted as Conductor in both Ceremonies.

Bill Seddon the District Grand Prefect congratulated all who had taken part in two well worked Ceremonies he also thanked everyone present for attending the meeting, thus enhancing the enjoyment for all.

Celebrating his birthday Rey Morris was treated to a chorus of "Happy Birthday"
Not forgetting the Staff!!
The Festive Board was as usual a lively affair with the Brethren enjoying excellent food and good company in pleasant surroundings.  After the meal, a raffle was held from which £75.00 was donated to the Cumbria Flood Appeal.
 
Lastly the District Grand Prefect Bill Seddon wished everyone a Joyous Christmas together with a Healthy and Successful 2016.
